Puppiesinabox Shih Tzus 3430 Central City Road Center Point, IA 52213 This puppy to the best of seller's knowledge is in sound health and free of communicable diseases when it leaves the Buyer's residence. Puppy is to be seen by the Buyer's veterinarian within 72 hours (additional time of two days is granted if puppy is delivered over the weekend.) If this is not done, guarantee is null and void. Shipping costs are never reimbursed. A three-year Replacement Guarantee is given on any condition that caused your pup to expire prematurely which dates from the prenatal stage only. A Veterinarian Statement with his findings will be required stating that it was definitely caused from the prenatal state. *** Pinched nostrils, umbilical hernias, (common in this breed) and worms are not considered life threatening conditions. Although, I take all steps necessary to never place a puppy with these conditions, they can sometimes occur after the puppy is placed. Out of state buyers must send a copy of the Vets report by registered mail. Sellers Veterinarian will confirm diagnosis. Guarantee will consist of a puppy replacement of the same gender and quality from the next available litter. Replacement Guarantee will be terminated if puppy was abused, does not have up to date records of vaccinations and fecal records. Seller of this puppy is not responsible for any Vet bills of any type or any refunds of Vet bills. This is a replacement guarantee only. Shipping on the replacement puppy is the responsibility of the buyer. If this puppy is being sold as a housepet and should not under any circumstances be housed outdoors. If the Buyer is unable to keep the puppy, he or she is to contact the Seller first before placing the puppy. Under NO circumstances is a puppy from Puppiesinabox Shih Tzus to be placed in a pet store or shelter. No Puppiesinabox puppies are ever brokered or placed for resell. No exceptions!!!!!! ***No money is to be refunded for the purchase price of the puppy only in most cases but on a rare occassion may be done depending on the circumstances. Adult sizes are an estimate only, based on sellers experience and recognition. No guarantees are made or replacement. If placed as a breeding dog: Seller is not responsible for bitches or sire's ability to breed or the quality of pups or litter size. It is the buyer's sole responsibility for bills incurred from breeding your dog. Imperial and Tiny Size Females (3-7 lbs)come with a limited AKC, they cannot be bred under any circumstance. Guarantee is null and void as soon as a breeding dog is mated and money is made from that litter. This constitutes the full agreement between the seller and buyer of this puppy.
